-Location is great. Near by sky train And not far from the main road So it s very easy to take any local transportation. -Staffs are nice and welcome

Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Location nearby BTS Ratcathewi, easy to find food, laundry, mosque, etc.

No window in the room, air conditioning bit noisy, lightning is well only for rest but not for reading

It was good!

The breakfast should be different everyday, the hotel should offer variety of breakfast to choose from. The location is just good in terms of its distance from BTS station. The room was well maintained, except when the AC in our room was broken that we had to transfer to another room.

The use of multiple devices for WIFI should not be limited and although it's just a 2-story hotel, they should at least have elevator to use especially for clients occupying the 2nd and 3rd floor.

Excellent location, basic amenities that is reasonable for the price

Excellent location, few minutes walk to the BTS station and walkable to the malls. All the essentials were provided. We were allowed to check in early way before the check in time, which was really kind of them. Staff was attentive too.

The amenities of the hotel did not impress us, as the pool was next to the car park and in front of the main entrance. It didn’t feel comfortable enough for us to swim in. Many light bulbs don’t work in the room, and overall the room just didn’t feel well maintained. But for the price and location I think it’s alright.

Centrally located yet quiet hotel tucked near BTS Ratchathewi station

Great value, centrally located hotel close to Ratchathewi BTS station with clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms. Reception allowed us to check out late without extra charge (2 pm) since we had an afternoon flight.

Wifi very inconsistent and spotty, max 2 devices signed in at a time but almost never worked from our room. Shower head sprayed in circle pattern and was difficult to use.

Fair and good enough to stay here at this price in the middle of the city.

Location and quality fits with the price. Parking available which is good for me as I drive.

Toiletries amenities are not enough and not complete sets. Too little shampoo and body wash to use and has not lotion and comb provided.

The staff were nice.

The staff were nice. The location was good, near train station and malls

The room had no windows. The lighting of the room was a bit dark. The shower hand was not working well. The phone didn't work and we needed to go down every time we wanted something from reception. No elevator.

Over all we liked it.

There's not much space in the room. But its clean . The room service food is super good and very cheap. The best thing is the staffs. So helpful and nice .

Luxury in the middle of Bangkok

Very central hotel within walking distance of MBK. Nice and helpful staff always available. Modern and well kept rooms. Nice swimmingpool, massage and atmosphere. Although the hotel is central and has quite alot of noice going on around it the rooms keep alot of noice out. Very nice to come home to after being out in the kaos of Bangkok all day!

Rooms do not have windows which can make the rooms feel a bit closed in. A bit of trouble getting the wi-fi to work, especially on the third floor. There is a school (?) across the street of the hotel that uses loud speakers to speak along the day and evening, if you are bothered by noice, be mindfull of this. Swimmingpool is right outside the hotel by the parkinglot/street which makes it feel not as private.

The rooms are clean, location is great (close to BTS station), staff are nice and friendly.

We stayed there for 4 nights and wifi only worked on the first night. The air conditioner was old and noisy. The property could be improved a bit more.

Very good location (near to MBK and other shoping centers, restaurants, hotels). very friendly and helpful staff. Good choice if you are on a budged but need to spend overnight at Bangkok and don’t need luxury. Nice breakfast.

The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Room a bit worn out but clean. AC made terrible noise.

Great location, attentive staff, good for short stays.

Location is near BTS Ratchathewi and within 20 minutes walking distance to Siam Center. Staff were attentive and helpful, they helped me to make a reservation for restaurant dinner. Staff helped carrying our luggage to the room, mainly because there's no lift.

Hotel doesn't have a lift so if you don't like walking up the stair it could get a bit exhaustive. Room doesn't have windows so it feels a little stuffy. Pool is in an awkward position right in front of reception desk so it feels weird to use the pool. However I expected all of that since I have read all the reviews. Since we only stay for 2 days it shouldnt be a problem.
